Introduction


I have created this page in hopes to teach my based followers/soon to be followers, how to turn their shitty diet into an optimal diet. A diet that is going to keep them healthy and dis-ease free.

You will learn, what I believe to be the best foods to eat, what foods not to eat, proper supplementation for health and performance, and a basic understanding of macros/calories in vs out in order to be a shredded based kunt, a strong based kunt, or both.

What to Eat


After years of research and personal experience, this is what I have found to be the most important foods for health and performance. These foods keep me and the ones that follow this diet healthy, dis-ease free, and filled with lots of vital energy. Here below are foods I consume on a daily basis!


What not to Eat


From my research, these are the things that are most damaging to the world's health today. Don't let this section get you completely down, dont get me wrong, its sad, but there are plenty of healthy and great tasting foods that aren't these foods or contains these ingredients. In general, these foods/ingredients are just best if you can avoid them or at least most of them.


Supplementation


These are supplements I try and take everyday. If you stick to the diet I have outlined above, these supplements are by no means necessary, BUT due to numerous factors such as soil depletion, antinutrients, etc., the nutrients in foods are nowhere near where they should be, therefore supplementation can help your health and performance. Experiment with some of these and see what YOU think. If its a pain in the ass to take, or maybe you dont have the money to spend on supplements, it is by far more important that your diet consists of healthy foods, mostly listed above.


Other Information


One of my biggest beliefs when it comes to a successful diet is SALT, CONSUME MORE SALT! Salt is crucial for good health.
Low Salt Diets increase stress hormones, insulin, and cholesterol plus many more things.

Keep the salt high and listen to your tongue, your taste buds will tell you if you've had enough or not enough.
